This policy explains how Living Systems Development ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Peachgrove East website and request information from us. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

When you ask us to send you the homes & neighbourhood pack, or otherwise get in touch, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it (this is optional).
• Which homes and pages you looked at on the site, so we can answer your enquiry in context.

Why we collect it, and how we use it

• To send you the pack and any documents you ask for.
• To respond to your enquiry, and for Linda or our sales team to follow up.
• If, and only if, you tick the optional box, to send you occasional updates about Peachgrove East. You can unsubscribe from these at any time, and every update we send includes an unsubscribe link.

We rely on your consent to contact you. We will not use your details for anything you have not agreed to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our own team at Living Systems Development.
• Trusted service providers who help us run the site and send email on our behalf, acting only on our instructions.
• Anyone else, only where the law requires it.

How we store and protect it

Your information is held securely and kept only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email hello@livingsystems.nz.

The site uses essential storage in your browser to remember things like whether you have already requested the pack, so we do not ask you twice. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
